Consent Disagree

You chose to disagree with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (collectively called, “Terms”). Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use SmartCity Online website and mobile applications for any order reservations, or book any new order as a Guest until you agree with our "Terms".

If you decide you want to accept the updated Terms, just visit on web, tablet or mobile and log in to your account.  If you deleted the account, you can sign up. You’ll see the "Terms" again with the option to agree to them.

Cancel your account

If you’d like us to cancel your account altogether, send an email to with the subject line “Delete my account.” Be sure to use the email address associated with your SmartCity Online account, otherwise we won’t know which account to cancel.
